Alternative Psoriasis Remedy
Psoriasis looking for relief alternative?
I have a mild case of psoriasis. Im tired of remedies requirement, they cost too expensive and not effective. Im not trying to cure it, just some relief to some homes on my skin. Suggestions?
Hello there I suffer of ezcema and looked for alternatives and I am currently having Ayvedic medicine and it is really working and helping me to stop itching. But I know as eczema and psoriasis are both diseases inflammotory. There is a section on psoriasis and what supplements can benefit your skin. I take my ezcema aid. Turmeric is an old remedy used by Indians and other countries and is a great cure. My parents had when they were children turmeric rubbed on wounds to help the healing process and some people mix a spoon Coffee turmeric in water or warm milk to help it health problems, but I must warn you taste horrible. I recommend yoga and pilates because they help relax and aid the skin. I do not know if your skin problem is compounded stress? If so, you must attend an activity that helps you relax. I tried many potions and many businesses is to try to find something you. I also find that the Dead Sea salts put in my bathroom help my eczema, however, some eczema suffers find that does not work for them. I heard that the Dead Sea salts are ideal for psoriasis patients.
