Arthritis Psoriasis Psoriatic

I took injections of Enbrel and methotrexate for several years. Are there any harmful long term effects?

I have arthritis psoriatic. The drugs control the psoriasis, but not arthritis very well. I often wonder whether taking these drugs is interesting future effects. Most times I feel tired and very sore. I also take 4 high blood pressure medications. I hate taking so many drugs, and it is very expensive. Is there anyone who has taken the injections of methotrexate and Enbrel for any length of time? I would like Whether you have experienced any adverse effects. I'm not interested in spending Humira or Remicade to b / c my insurance does not cover. I am also interested by feedback from other people with psoriasis.
