Autoimmune Stress Psoriasis

Psoriasis and marijuana ?????

I iv psoriasis he had on and off since childhood. worry, the Stress and anxiety seems to trigger the outbreak lasted six months late iv been too the doctors tried iv cream ever done, iv tried to be in the sun, iv tried tablets fromt he docs, but it wont be clear, but I am feeling stressed much time and restless. I heard that psoriasis is an autoimmune disease and research applications of marijuana too that marijuana can have on the system impac it can also calm the immune stress. So my question is marijuana would help anyway Psoriasis? if it would reduce stress and slow reaction During the immune system that is causing this outbreak, and then I thought it might clear? Any info or links would be great.

nope I have psoriasis and has long been a smoker of marijuana (like half an ounce a day), I tried all sorts of treatments and creams and the time I have seen no improvement in psoriasis at all was when I was pregnant (I do not smoke, so any obviousness)
