How can I weaken my immune system?

I have psoriasis and it destroyed my life, losing my job, girlfriend, negative image self, etc. I have seen 20 different doctors they all fail. All drugs fail prescribe. I understand that it is caused by I have an overactive immune system needs a way to weaken my immune system without biological or UVB treatment since i have no insurance health treatment (please do advise me to go see a doctor, who is the very last place I'm still going on Accordingly, the dermatologist last yelled at me, and everyone has a different opinion and some weak, unnecessary prescribing offer.
