I suffer from severe psoriasis … Help me !!!!?

I've had this since I was 14. it was never too bad. I impregnations am and it was gone. I also treated for a year and then it was under control. But once I stopped nursing but she was wrong! It has been 3 years now and I can not take it. I tried lotions and creams Rx and ontments .. they only work for so long, then you must stop using the b / c of side effects. I do not want in oral / injestion b / c of side effects. I was Tanning for a bit and try to keep it moist. Does anyone have any suggestions … I'm just using a regular lotion. I talconex but you can use it for a month and need to stop b / c it thins the skin and calsium can accumulate in your body. If you know of a good job let me know IF PLEASE! After that I head to and it was so itchy.
