I came here last week about my problem with psoriasis. My new problem is points i have developed red on my face, shoulders and chest areas. What medications can I buy OTC to correct and to rid of those red spots? Currently I use head and shoulders shampoo & lotion recommended and then called Eucerin. Then someone can give me suggestions on what to do about these red spots covering my face and body? Thank you.
