Dead Psoriasis

I think I could have very very mild psoriasis, any one know a way to cure him without going through the doctors?

It's very, very sweet. no white bumps, just my peeling skin and forming flat sheets of dead skin. I put a lot of Jergens lotion after every shower so I do not know what the cause. His notable because I think the patches are a shade darker than I am. But it looks more like the skin after it is burned with water hot. So there anyway I can remove the skin scaly and dead at home, using baby oil or any other products found in home? Also, how can I prevent it from coming back?
