what vitamins can clear my psoriasis?

okay so the other day my mom told me about a person who was prescribed im thinking 5000 mg of vitamin d and calcium and some other stuff for their psoriasis and said thst it actually cleared it, now im wondering why dont they do that with all people? i have been using enbrel and im afraid that it may potentially caused heart problems but im not sure, im wondering what kind of vitamin d it was and why dont they prescribe these kinds of things first? i really think thre is a cure for more than our government tells us about, i mean think of all the secrets they have kept from us, mk ultra, area 51, and many others we may not even know about, we have the technology to create the most craziest things, to detect how people died, how hard is it to figure out what actually causes psoriasis?
anyways back to the question, is there anything better out there that will actually work but not harm me?
