I have psoriasis and I'm trying to find a treatment that works plz help?

I too have this problem. have you tried one of the remedies of zinc? A dermatologist is your best bet. For one year I went to bed and tanning rays helped a lot. But I prefer to have psoriasis skin cancer. I found nothing on the counter that works. But I have heard many positive things on the counter creams you can now get in stores. I also heard that fish oil capsules work as well.
