Insultin resistant diabetes, psoriasis and gout … connection?
This case 25 years male decent year in Asia. Diagnosis of the drop as a teenager. Developed diabetes after a cold / flu in the early twenties. A diagnosis of psoriasis in the early twenties. Nobody is about 50 pounds overweight and manages her diabetes with insulin. Gout flair ups are rare, but psoriasis and hyperpigmentation in the elbows, knees and joints are chronic. It also has food allergies to shellfish and peanuts. I know this is not much to go on, but is it possible that some or all of these conditions are connected? Perhaps an adrenal disorder, or am I grasping at straws?
