I suffer from guttate psoriasis anyone else suffer from psoriasis?

What have you found works best for you? For the last 4 years i’ve suffered with psoriasis and have tried loads of things to deal with it. I suffered quite badly with it on my arms and legs. Now a lot of my psoriasis has gone especially on my arms and legs, purely because i’ve stopped scratching and applying creams.

I had a family member that suffered from psoriasis all her life. She had a stroke and it stopped completely – it never came back. The stroke hit her hard and she became essentially stress free. I wonder if that plays a roll in it? Sorry it’s not an answer, but maybe there is something to it. Maybe it is related to a food or drink reaction that drives up stress hormones, among other things that stress us out
