I want to make herbal medicine and i need help?

so i have scalp psoriasis and i have been doing research on it. i’ve used all types of medicine and shampoos but it just doesnt seem to work! so i was reading a couple of other psoriasis sufferers procedures on what helped them and all of it had to do with a healthy diet consisting of only veggies and fruits. im doing that now and it is helping a bit but i want to tak it a bit further. i want to find something for my own self and perhaps even others using only natural things. no man made crap. so i am trying to find a book that can help me out and i will also be looking to be educated on everything. im talking about old school herbal medicine making which consist of a pestle and mortar. can anyone point me in the right direction? or start me off with a great bood that can help me on my journey? it will be much appreciated thank u

Psoriasis Home Remedy

Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV):
1. Oral ACV: Slowly pour two teaspoons (to two tablespoons) of ACV over 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. After it stops fizzing, add one cup of water and drink two to three times a day for four to five days a week (on an empty stomach).
2. Topical ACV: Apply ACV (or a 50/50 mix of ACV and water for sensitive skin) with a cotton ball or spray bottle or small towel for 30 minutes and repeat frequently throughout the day. It takes at least two weeks to see improvement.
