Herbal Remedy Psoriasis
I have mild psoriasis. What can i use for my scalp apart from the horrible T Gel?

I’ve suffered with psoriasis since i was 11 (now 20). It’s mild, i have very few tiny patches on my body but my scalp is worse.
Recently i’m stressed out with all the uni work i have to do and it’s pretty bad on my scalp now. It’s just tiny patches but there are quite a lot of them. I’ve used T Gel shampoo in previous years but hate the smell and i just want to be normal and use normal shampoos.
Are there any herbal mixtures or natural remedies that would help? I want to try everything! I’m from UK.

Polytar but that doesn’t smell much better (Smells like Tar) Sainsburys and Boots pharmacy usually stock it . UK
