The Blue Lagoon spa is effective. I know many people with psoriasis, eczema and other skin conditions that were there and found that it helps a lot. Many people travel from afar to try and as far as I know, most are satisfied with the results. I was the Blue Lagoon a few times myself and it helped with my eczema. I do not myself psoriasis, but I've heard of people psoriasis had positive experiences there. If you can afford the trip, I think you should definitely try.
