Info On Psoriasis

Is it really early arthritis? Can’t find much info on early stage.?

I have looked and can’t find much info on the early stages/symptoms of arthritis. I am going to a Rhuematologist who says I have inflammation in my joints and put me on some methrexate. My sed rate is high, but the RF test is neg which I am told can happen early on. Also, I have psoriasis (not very bad, though) so it could be that kind of arthritis he says.
Basically, I noticed my finger hurt very badly and I am very stiff in the morning ( I thought everyone was like that in their 30′s), then, the inside of my index finger started to swell so I went to the DR. My grandma has severe Rhuematoid, so I got worried. At first, my joints didn’t hurt in a symmetrical way like everything I read says, but now they are starting to and I get very stiff in my hands and wrist toward the afternoon. I use my hands all day at work, so I don’t know why. What do you think? Anyone had a similar experience?

Did you ever think that it could be due to allergies to food or chemical sensitivities you may have?? For example, the chemically concocted artificial sweetner aspartame, will produce side affects that mimic the symptoms of diseases such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis !! Quite shocking, but believe me very true. Go through your kitchen cupboards firstly and read the labelling on all your packaged products and ditch anything with aspartame in it.. Another good point to make here, is that if you have an allergy to a particular food this could also be producing arthritic symptoms and rashes on your body. Start up a food diary and, only eating one food at a time wait for an hour or two after you’ve eaten that food and take note in the diary of how you feel afterwards ……. tedious, but well worth the effort. It is imperative that you pinpoint any allergies you have for optimum health and vitality.

A few foods off the top of my head that you could be having these reactions to are milk and dairy products, eggs, wheat, sugar, coffee ………. etc.etc.etc.

Finally, water water water, did you know that arthritic symptoms will be displayed if you are dehydrated?? Read the book “The Water Cure” by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D….. an astounding and shockingly true read.
