Saving Face – Facial Cleanser
After extensive research into ingredients, my derm has his new list ready for me to try. I’m a little confused & a little broke so need help in chosing the right candidate.
1. Free & Clear Liquid Cleanser – (Makers of Vanicream, PSI)
2. Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash – J&J
3. La Roche Posay Tolerine Cleanser
4. Aveeno Ultra Calming Cleanser
If anybody has used any of these, please let me know. Help me save my face which is very sensitive, dry & has facial psoriasis.
Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser, Cetaphil Bar, Aveeno Bar, Vanicream Bar, Dove Bar did not work for me as all fragrances irritate my face.
I’ve used Avenno foaming cleanser and it is soooo light and soft. I really think you’ll love it.
FYI: to remove psoriasis off the face get some sunshine, UVB stops the abnormal cell growth of psoriasis.
Doctors recommended my boyfriend to use a stand up tanning unit in their office for 30 seconds (only UVB) so instead i started taking him to the tanning salon and it worked amazing!!
Doctors just dont want you to go tanning because they cant profit off you that way, but unlike the creams that thin your skin, sun shine is the natural cure for psoriasis.
Just make sure if your going outside dont use a cleanser for acne in the morning for acne products make you UV sensitive and likely to burn. 15 minutes during peak hours (11am-2pm) is more then u need!
