psoriasis is taking over my life…?

i have psoriasis and the dermatologist i consult seems to be experimenting with my medication. i saw him for about 1 year with no improvement yet he kept prescribing something new each time i saw him. my sister in law then suggested that i use MCG (it has miconazole, clobestasol, and gentamicin) but i have to keep using it all the time. at first it worked great but then it doesnt do wonders anymore. right now my head is a mess and no one wants to touch it. what’s worse is that people are so ignorant about it here so they think its worms or something. i am so ready to shave my skull and hibernate. is there anyone who is sure of what i can do to stop this disaster? i have heard of detoxing, diets, blah blah blah. does it work?
