Psoriasis Help! Outbreak of scales and old medicine isn’t working!?
I’m a college student with scalp psoriasis and I had it under control but the stress of college has caused another outbreak and my old regime isn’t working any ideas? natural remedies preferred but will look at all advice.
apple cider vinegar and vaseline. take a cotton ball, or a rag if the area is bigger and put the vinegar on the cotton/rag and wipe down all the areas that need it. (you might want to do it in front of a fan if the skin is raw because it will burn a little). Then apply vaseline to all the areas you wiped down. You want to do this every night for a week and it will clear up (you will notice after the 4th or 5th time the stinging stops because it is healing) and then do it about once a week to prevent it from comming back.
