Milk And Psoriasis

Calling all NON dairy product eaters!!?
I have recently found out that eating and drinking dairy products maybe making my psoriasis and depression worse and I have decided to cut them out, could you suggest some alternatives for me, like cheese and yoghurts, I shop at Tescos and only managed to find 1 cheese that was dairy free, it tasted of cold chips as its made from potato starch, I think because its a lot different from cows milk cheese I need to get used to it. I would be grateful of your recommendations! Please only reply if you are genuine!! Thanks in advance x
My son has a dairy allergy and can eat nothing with milk or milk proteins in it. we do a lot of soy; ice cream, yogurt, milk, margarine. We also use a lot of tofu based products. we use tofutti cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Also we like the rice milk ice cream. we shop at a Health food store called Better Health here in Michigan and we are able to find a lot of stuff there. You have to be careful though. If you truly believe the dairy is the cause you may want to read labels if just cutting out the dairy aisle products doesn’t work. Milk or Casein: the milk protein is in a lot of stuff. By the way the dairy makes my sons eczema flare up, so I know how itchy it must make you.
