Natural Psoriasis Remedy

natural remedies for psoriasis?
so basically, my eczema developed into psoriasis on my wrists, neck, over the upper lip, and inner elbows/arms.
I also have psoriasis and it’s really annoying. I found a website with some great home remedies. These are the ones that I think work best, but I’ll give you the link as well in case you want to see them all.
Vinegar works *really* well. Dab it on and leave it until it dries naturally.
Jojoba oil also works, but tends to be expensive and it can be hard to find the pure stuff. Use it in the same way you’d use the vinegar, but I recommend vinegar instead because it’s cheaper and easier to find.
Moisturize! Keep a moisturizer on hand all the time.
If you eat a lot of spicy foods, try to limit the intake because they can make psoriasis worse. Instead, eat more fruit and veggies. Also avoid high-fat milk – drink only skim.
These are the things that work best for me, but I also included a link for you to check out below.
