Would it be psoriasis?

I will occasionally do little, red patches with white scales on my body. They are generally quite small, usually no bigger than a dime or perhaps sometimes a nickel. It looks like the pictures I see of psoriasis, except that I never really get over a small patch at a time. All the images I see on the internet show psoriasis covering areas very with large or multiple patches covering large areas. So I guess I just wonder what it is. BTW, the patches usually occur in areas which are usually covered by clothing, but recently I had a very small just above my eyelid, which was very strange.

It seems much more like eczema than psoriasis.
