Psoriasis – Everyone has a miracle cure?

I'm sick of dermatologists who practice land, give you some greasy concoction that costs as well as land, and not much at all. I have one patch, which is soooo tough on my left palm and wrist. I use a homeopathic cream (Aloe vera, evening primrose, etc.) which helps, but it will not get rid of him.
