Psoriasis Alternative Treatment

For those of you with eczema / dermatitis / rosacea / psoriasis …?

Have you guys tried treatments alternative? As .. Accupuncture? or take herbal supplements? or do an elimination diet? or try a liver flush? If you have, can you tell me if it worked or not? I'm sick of giving me steroids dermatologists and a bunch of useless creams. Especially creams can cause cancer. Thank you!

this is not exactly what you asked, but I have dermatitis and psoriasis and I used to use all these steroid creams … I hated that! but now I use a blend of body butter and hemp shampoo ginger (both The Body Shop) massage bar bit soft heart for particularly dry (from lush) and E45 emollient body wash (most chemists) they have really cleared up my skin … I'm not going to the doctor for that most
