Psoriasis And Eczema

eczema? psoriasis?
can turn into eczema psoriasis? What are the main characteristics of each? I always suffered from mild eczema, but over the last 6 months she has changed. On my wrists and elbows I still have my "normal" eczema, but now my fingers get blisters tiny tears, and my skin becomes scaly. Psoriasis is not good! but then there are 3 differnet types of eczema, yes?
Ive had eczema from head to feet, and was in hospital for him so many times Ive lost count. ive had it since I 2 months, now im 25. excema do sometimes change when you get older I know he did with me. when I hit 22, I noticed that my skin looked like it was too much change, it got more flakey which, even in my first simply not enough help i moisturizer, and those suffering today tiny blister / button looking things on the tips of my fingers and especially my upper hand inbetween the fingers stop, but before your wrist. it scared the hell living with me and I went to the doctor to be on the safe side, it emerged one of the bulbs and did some tests on her, and although you know it na not come back saying how much he just said it could be causing heat and hormones over advanced.as scaly skin just dries out my skin quickly than if just prior to use more of cortisone cream on it and more moisturizing. I still have the blisters / pimples on my fingers and hands, but I just pop them and they go, like skin go to the doctor and get a better moisturizer ASAP. in my 25 years of having terrible state I know a fair deal about it and Ive never heard of eczema psoriasis in turn, as they are 2 conditions completely different, affecting the skin in a different way. As always if you're not too sure there is no harm in going to the doctor or dermatologist for a look though to see what happens. it could be hormones or by time if you have a cold hot dry your skin more quickly, if it starts to get hot as the sun will be hot and dry rappidly well. especially when the assembly is in the form of sweat and heat over space in the joints such as elbows and knees and armpits. Hope it helps, if can not do as above. and sorry for the long post.
