Psoriasis Dead Sea

anyone got any tips to ease the pain from psoriasis & stop the itching at night..?

iv had it for about 15 years.. usual places scalp,knees,elbows,ancles ( abt 15 patches in total )
only thing that works from docs is dovobet but only for 2/3 weeks then it returns.. ( here is a list of a few alternitave things iv tried & hasnt worked ) diet, cider vinigar, african black soap, fish oils, zinc cream/captuals, aveeno, body butter, tee tree, dead sea salt, sprays, ect ect ect
there is miracle creams online but your talking mega money for a small amount & it may just be a con anyway.

Well, I was going to suggest the Aveeno baths, but looks like you’ve tried all the “self help” cures, possible…
I wouldn’t waste money on the miracle creams, unless you know someone who has said it was tried & proven because often, these are gimmicks to make money..
I do have a friend who has had this same problem for many years, I will ask her today what she has tried and email you, if you want—let me know……:)
