Tips for psoriasis on the face?

I suffer from dry skin and psoriasis very close to my nose which was recently extended to the area just above my cheekbones. I have tried so many products and also suffer from allergies to E45 and lanolin. Is it that I can use that can moisturize my skin loads? Maybe a facial cleanser or moisturizer? Any ideas are appreciated =]
