6 years old son for years Neotigason pustular psoriasis?

My son, who is now 6, suffered from pustular psoriasis. It was first diagnosed at 18 months old and was put on Neotigason (acetretin). It lost its effect after a year or two and then it was on Methatrexate. While still on methatrexate he began to receive infusions of infliximab, but was quickly withdrawn methatrexate when blood test results showed impaired liver. It was about a year since his last infusion of infliximab and pustular psoriasis was erupted quite badly again. The dermatologist has just put him on Neotigason & Im am always worried about the long-term side effects of this drug. Im wondering if anyone out there who has knowledge of side effects of these drugs in children or if someone has already had a similar experience and could share the history and opinions with me. Any person entering and information is welcome and greatly appreciated
