Does anybody know about fish that are supposed to eat the hard skin?

No, I did not make this up! Read about a pedicure treatment (also used to treat psoriasis) in which small fish are used to eat the tough skin! Trying to find a way overcome my phobia foot and get a really good pedicure at the same time and this could be a true "deep end" way to go about it.
