I think I Pityriasis Rosea?

I have all the circles on my legs and arms now that look like ringworm but they are doctor but I think this is it. how am I sure not going to the doctor? i dont trust the doctors office, there are many, I never the same because I go to the emperor, and they never believe me. Im afraid they will say im wrong and that I suffer from psoriasis or something I am a dark skin so it's not red, just brown
