Treatments for scalp psoriasis?

I have had psoriasis for about 3ish years and have tried everything from topical creams and sprays Tgel for shampoo. they are all temporary fixes that seem to stop working after a month or two. Is what is proven to get rid symptoms or something that someone has tried that worked?

I had scalp psoriasis for a number of years. Currently, I use Neutrogena T / Gel and spray component of the "skin zinc" system on my scalp. Skin Zinc ointment that I use on my exposed skin and spray I use on my scalp. I was on the requirements of a number of years, I leave when I stopped responding after a number of years on them. One of my dermatologist prescribed for my scalp that has very worked well for about 10 years was called fluocinonide. It is a very strong prescription drug that comes in liquid form and can therefore easily be thrown over the affected skin.
