Pityriasis psoriasis vs.?

OK … I had a dermatologist with a diagnosis of high reputation condition of my skin that has begun with a small red scaly patch then increased at all points on my back like pityriasis rosea. Another doc looked at (when it was only the beginning scaly plaque) and a diagnosis of psoriasis. I was relieved when I received the diagnosis of pityriasis rosea in the dermis, because I also been told that things should go away by itself. But I start to worry. It has been almost three months since the beginning the "Herald" patch and things seem to slow propagation (a few new spots on my chest in the last week). Could I, In fact, psoriasis? If the substance is really pityriasis when it starts to go? Prescription steroid cream the dermis does not help me at all.

I suggest you better change your dermatologist!
