What are some ways to keep pustular psoriasis under control?

I know using baby oil and moisture gloves helps. I can’t stand to sleep with gloves and socks though and its far from sexy lol. ( I have it on my hands and feet) Does tanning in a tanning bed help? When its itching really bad and no amount of scratching what eases that?
