Pustular Psoriasis

pustular psoriasis
Sudden bumps on my arms?

All of a sudden I just got a bunch of small red bumps on my arm a bit. They are not itchy, but are extremely annoying. I do not know if it could be acne, psoriasis, allergic reaction, or something else. I had psoriasis Pustular since I'm in 2nd year, but it never happened on my fingers, so I do not know if it can be spread?

Ive had the kind of bumps on my arms youre talking about as I remember. I think its the type of detergent I use. When i use a detergent which they appear sensitive also visible when the tide I use or applaud.
