Type Of Psoriasis

Is there a treatment for psoriasis at all?
I was a patient with psoriasis for over 15 years and tried several types of treatment, including taking oral steroids, PUVA therapy, the application salysalic acids in the affected area and shampoos Tar and cream on the scalp. The amendment to the state and very rarely if at all he does its only for the worst. Can anyone suggest any type of treatment that helps, preferably non-steroidal alternatives?
