Types Of Psoriasis

I have scalp Psoriasis and dry hair how i treat it?
Please help, I really don’t want to lose my hair. I know the type of shampoo to use, but i don’t know if it will help my dry or make it worse. I also want to know what are the best product to use for dry hair, the best but also not to expensive
I have the same issue with psoriasis on my scalp. Totally not fun. I was prescibed desonide cream, but it didn’t really work on my scalp because my hair was in the way. My dermatologist presribed Clobex (it’s a lotion) and it is able to get past my hair. I noticed a change immediately and my psoriasis was under control within a few days.I also use Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo once a week on top of it. The presciption was covered under my insurance, but without insurance is about $500 and will last a year. So if I were you I’d go to a dermatologist and see what they say and possibly say you heard about Clobex and check to see if it’s covered by your insurance.
I don’t know any solutions for dry hair other that conditioner and possibly also using leave in conditioner.
