I hate my psoriasis ………..?
I was born with psoriasis, now im 16. I feel like crap, to be honest. In the summer its moderate winter its terrible. i cannot with this much longer, I hate watching myself. I topical creams, I'm going to treatment UVB …. I do not know what to do. I justhate living with this skin disease. Should much work on your part, but I might be the answer for you. First entry into drinking water every day. Try the recommended amount of 6 to 8 glasses per day. Clean up your diet. Cut food waste and excess sugar and oils. You may have to leave the dairy. Eat fruits, vegetables, salads and lean meats. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement as a multiple. Now here's the key point. Years ago I have psoriasis and my mother put me on the nutrition of yeast. (I'll explain in a moment.) Yeast worked and got rid of psoriasis. Nutritional yeast is composed of a single-celled plants. It is rich in B vitamins that are easy to digest and also amino acids it. The yeast flavor is best made by KAL. Because this product is considered a source of food is not like some vitamins you might have to worry about toxicity. By the book Let's Get Well by Adele Davis psoriasis is caused by a vitamin B deficiency or severe candida. Candida is a fungal infection. It took months to follow directions above to get rid of skin problem. Now, 25 years later I am still baking on a daily basis in a protein shake that I make all morning.
