I have them, and they went away. My skin was beautiful and clear-ish (I do sunbeds for them) and over the last 2 or 3 weeks, they broke out really bad and I wonder is there anything I can do? They are truly evil and ithcy bleeding and soooo and I can not stop them, they multiply and I look like a monster. I went to the doctor, but she said that there was nothing to do (what wats $ 100) if I go to a Derm. 3 Is what I can do in the meantime to calm them and to stop evil? Thank you: (I am determined to Benydryl the last 2 weeks and hydrocortisol but it does not work I can do anythin else I have on my face..? What can I use them? This may sound crazy but try Vaseline or petroleum jelly. I had this place on my belly that itched really bad and it bleeds. I've had two to three years. I had the same thing as you and it has nothing to it. I started using Vaseline and it stopped itching and he finally went and did not return. So just try it from spreading on the fields. I hope this works because I know it sucks really bad. I also tried a cream steroid given to me by the dermatologist and he did not even touch the itch.
