Question on the vitamin?

Hello everyone on the issue of vitamins. I have for the last few weeks oil 2,000 mg fish, 100 mg of zinc, B complex with C (high power), 400 mg magnesium, 10,000 IU of A, E 1000 IU, 1000 IU of D-3, and a One A Day Multi Mens. With that, I take about 46 – 69grams of whey protein per day. I cycle every day or every other day for at least 8 miles, on weekends, I try to fire 40 miles. Some weights to keep my upper body in check as well. Why I take these vitamins when I was young I remember I heard my doctor told me I had a low white blood cell count, and I think it's because I was deficient in vitamin. Now at age 25 I have some psoriasis appears to be clearing up now with the intake of these vitamins. My concern is am'I take too much? Is my body suffer strange side effects?

First, the recommended zinc take up to 30 mg per day is if you take to boost your immune function. Vitamin A, D, E and K are fat-soluble vitamins which means it stays in your body. This is a recent study suggests a mortality rate higher if you take more than 400 IU of vitamin E. Thus, I would certainly reduce to 400 IU of vitamin E per day maximum. (Calculation of the one in your multi vitamin as well)
