who has psoriasis? skin problems?

And I've had since the age of 17! I tried everything topical treatments lotions creams ect! I also use UVB at the local hospital, all that didn't make a difference! the only cream that helped anyway been dovabet but its really fat and made a mess of your clothes so I tend not to use it! Has anyone ideas on what helps or what they use and find the right one? thanks

Natural sunlight helps a lot i sun bathed for a half an hour last summer when we actually had a great summer and the sun makes my psoriasis was completely dissapere, but he returned after a week or two beds UVB hospital didn't work for me though as they arnt all that intense natural sunlight
